SPIRITUAL WELLBEING
A COMMUNITY OF CARE
Stress, anxiety and worry are part and parcel of daily life. Concerns over one's finances, health, family members and so many other things are an almost constant battle of wits.
At ISKCON South London we teach how to cope with these and other difficulties through mantra meditation, spirituality and friendship. Focussing on the teachings of the ancient Vedic scripture, the Bhagavad Gita, we try to progress on the spiritual journey together, hand in hand, towards finding the true goal of life - finding eternal happiness.
To help combat these challenges, ISKCON South London has developed a system of care based on 4 activities. Please get in touch with us if you would like more information. You can find contact details further below.

CALLING PARTY
We are available for people who would like to have a general chat, find out more about how the centre can serve them or are simply looking for a deeper meaning in life.
BUDDY SYSTEM
If you are curious about spirituality and have questions about finding inner peace and happiness based on lessons from ancient Eastern wisdom, we offer a buddy system where you can speak to one of our spiritual practitioners on a regular basis.
SPIRITUAL DISCUSSION GROUPS
Join a network of spiritual friends to discuss Vedic philosophy and how this can be applied to our daily lives practically. These groups are ideal for people who are searching for the true meaning of life and would like to learn in the association of like-minded people.
MENTORSHIP SYSTEM
A mentor is firstly a friend who will share what they have learnt and experienced in their spiritual journey. This relationship is based on a relationship of trust, care and compassion. Normally a mentor is someone who has spent a significant amount of time practising spiritual life and engaging in voluntary service. It is with this experience that they can encourage mentees to progress in their spiritual development. The mentees are part of a peer group with whom they can embark on their spiritual journey.
